Privacy policy

The data operator is Real Glass LLC (the “Company”), website real-glass.ru. This policy describes the purposes and procedures for processing data we obtain from site visitors.

1. Data collected

Through forms on the site we collect name, phone, email, site address and request notes. Other data is processed only with explicit consent.

2. Purposes

Contacting the customer, scheduling site measure and contract terms, informing about order status and delivering important updates. Marketing emails are only sent with a separate opt-in.

3. Retention

Request data is stored for three years after the last contact and is then automatically deleted. Accounting data is retained per the local tax code.

4. Third parties

We don't share personal data with third parties except as required by law or to fulfil the contract (delivery and payment processors under NDA).

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data. Send requests to real-glass@mail.ru. We respond within 10 business days.

6. Changes
