Consent to personal
data processing

Version dated 3 November 2026. This consent is separate from the personal data processing policy and other documents.

By ticking the dedicated checkbox and submitting a form, I freely and knowingly give Real Glass LLC (real-glass.ru, real-glass@mail.ru) my specific and informed consent to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data covered

Name, phone number, requested product or service, site address and message. For reviews: name, stated role or status, review text and rating. The forms do not request special categories of personal data or biometrics.

2. Purposes

Receiving and handling enquiries, contacting the customer, arranging measurement, production, delivery and installation, preparing and performing contracts, and moderating and publishing reviews after a separate check.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, necessary transfer to authorised service providers, blocking, anonymisation and deletion, using automated means.

4. Service providers

The hosting and email providers and, when enabled by the operator, Telegram may receive the minimum data needed for their respective functions. Yandex Metrica is governed by a separate choice in the cookie banner.

5. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than three years after the last interaction unless the law requires another retention period. Withdraw consent by emailing real-glass@mail.ru. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

6. Record

The operator stores the form submission date and this consent version together with the enquiry. Where required, consent must be provided by a legal representative.
