Heated bathroom mirror: do you actually need it
Film heater vs fogging. Power use, real benefit, is the premium worth it.
Mirror heater = a 50–80 W film heater on the back. Activates with the light or by humidity sensor. After a shower — instant clear mirror. Premium feature, not universal.
01When you actually need it
- Bathroom with no ventilation (typical Khrushchev flat) — steam hangs 20–30 minutes
- Morning rush before work
- Small 2–3 m² bathrooms
- Large mirrors over 1 m²
02When you don't
- Bathroom with 100+ m³/h exhaust fan
- Large 6+ m² bathroom
- Mirror 2+ m from the shower
- Guest bathroom (occasional use)

Rule: heater is needed if fogging actually annoys you now. If you tolerate 10 minutes post-shower — skip it. Don't pay for "just in case" — not a critical feature.
