Why our measure is free: not a marketing trick
The actual logic behind free measures, for us and for clients. When it's paid, what it includes, why it matters before the final quote.
"Free measure" in ads usually means "we'll show up and try to sell." Our logic is different: it's always free in St. Petersburg because we either land the order or know quickly we won't fit — no months of correspondence.
01What's included
Engineer visits in an agreed window (1–3 days after inquiry). Brings:
- Leica Disto laser distance meter (±1 mm)
- Portable 3D scanner for complex geometries
- Glass samples: Optiwhite, bronze, graphite, frosted, coated
- Hardware catalogue (hinges, handles, profiles) with physical samples
- Tablet with measure template and previous-project photos
02It's not "a visit," it's engineering
- All opening widths/heights/diagonals to ±1 mm
- Wall plumb deviation (often 8–15 mm over 2.5 m)
- Floor levelness (critical for showers)
- Photo capture of outlets, tiles, heating, lighting
- On-site agreement of door, handle, hinge positions
Result: a measurement protocol signed by both parties. Legal basis for the final quote and contract.

Standard flow: inquiry → preliminary quote within an hour → price alignment → measure → final quote → contract → production → installation. No measure = no final quote: photos and verbal dimensions aren't enough for warranty.
