WK (Widerstandsklasse, "resistance class") — European EN 1627 standard for burglary resistance. Not marketing — real tests: pros attack the assembly with tools for a fixed time. Class = minimum hold time.

Rule: pick class by realistic threat, not "just in case." WK4 on a pharmacy = 3× overspend. WK1 on a jeweller = saved on shutter, paid the insurance later.
