01Glass: only PVB laminated
SP 20.13330 minimum: 6+6+1.52 PVB laminated. Two 6 mm panels with 1.52 mm PVB film. Tempered (no film) is forbidden — fragments rain down on people.
Buildings above 12 m: 8+8 PVB. Extra wind margin.
02Hardware: only A4 stainless
A2 (AISI 304) works indoors but corrodes in St. Petersburg's frost + salt in 5–7 years. A4 (AISI 316) with molybdenum — marine grade, 25+ years even in port cities. A4 costs 18–25% more, doesn't need replacing in 7 years.
