Structural
Glass bonded to substructure with structural silicone. Only glass visible from outside. From 24 800 ₽/m². Premium.
Double-skin
Two glass layers with vented cavity. A+ energy efficiency. From 32 000 ₽/m². Class A offices, IHG/Marriott hotels.

The most common mistake — picking by ₽/m² without TCO over 25 years. Spider at 22 000 ₽/m² loses 1.4× more heat than structural at 24 800. On a large façade the delta pays itself back in 6–8 heating seasons.
